Dec 7-10 was one of the biggest events of the year for the Thai Campus Crusade staff: CM 2007. This is a conference where students and staff from all over Thailand come to share ideas and cast visions for campus movements, looking all the way ahead to 2010! This was the first year for it to be held in Chiang Mai, such an honor and privilege, but a lot of preparation too! Approx 400 students and 100 staff rolled into Chiang Mai, staying at nearby hotels or at staff/stinters' homes in Chiang Mai. The students and staff attended seminars focused on different aspects of building a campus movement, listened to a couple of speakers, and had some fun too! We (Chiang Rai stint) were excited because even being three hours away, our campus sent approx 15 students to the conference! Our students are excited about what they learned and are ready to get back to their campus. After only two months of planning and preparation, the conference was a success and we're excited to see how God is going to use it in the futures of campuses all over Thailand.
